To Sparkle Punch...

All dressed up with nowhere to go

Bertram (the bf) and I made ambitious plans to go to Art after 5 at the Philly Art Museum last Wednesday, mainly because it's pay-what-you-want, but also because, art! Yay! And then the bus never came, boo. So we abandoned ship on Art after 5 and just wandered around his (sadly cat-free) neighborhood instead.

  • Dress: Old Navy (exact)
  • Sandals: White Mountain (DSW--exact in tan and on sale!)
  • Bag: Herve Chapelier (from 2006!!)
  • Necklace: gift from the bf
  • Watch: Target (exact)
  • Bracelet: Lokai (exact)
  • Nails: Essie, "Splash of Grenadine" (one of my faves!)

Ladies, if you're 5'4" or under and contemplating ordering a dress from Old Navy.com, try the Petites option... I think you'll be pleased! Petites was my only option for this dress, so I went with it, and it fits PERFECTLY. I had ordered a different dress in the regular version, and it was strangely long and baggy. I could best describe it as being like a nightgown... not the look I'm generally going for. So Petites definitely worked out in my favor! Also, the striped dress I'm wearing here is made of this awesomely comfy, thick material--love it. And these sandals! SO comfy! They might be orthopedic, but I don't care, haha.

Oh and here is a more accurate reflection of what happens when you have your bf take a million pics of you :)
