Friday Favorites: Working in a Winter Wonderland

JessComment

My dream of working (from home) in a winter wonderland has finally come true! While we still haven’t decorated our tree yet, I took matters into my own hands and put up most of the other decorations last weekend! 😁

I am in love with these vintage-y Mr. Christmas mini ceramic trees. They are actually the main decoration I was looking for when we first broke out the Christmas boxes. They’re so just cute, fun, and cheerful! My mom gave me the green one a few years ago, and then I added the pink (below) and white ones when I wanted to work in a winter wonderland last year. I randomly found them at Saks Off Fifth last year, but you can apparently get a set of three pink ones from Target online! 💖

Of course my “sparkly crystal dream” shelf gets one of the pink Mr. Christmas trees! And, naturally, this cute donut ornament, which had to be paired with Timmi, in honor of our many donut crawls in Chicago!

This girl is a whole chill, cozy, Christmas vibe, and I am for sure going to be embodying her when I’m off at the end of the month! She’s actually a card that I framed and put near my work desk. I’m kind of obsessed with this artist, All the Ways to Say, ever since randomly finding one of her cards down the shore last summer!

It is impossible to get a decent pic of this with all the shadows and glare. ☹️

Here is a glimpse into my very nerdy soul. 😂 I tucked Christmas Vibe Girl in on the “inner child” shelf (next to my “sparkly crystal dream” shelf), even though she (and Alexis Rose, god love her) aren’t quite on theme. Zelda and Sheik amiibo, a Minnie Mouse cupcake from Disneyland, and Selphie (who actually was a Christmas present… in 1999)—what’s not to love?

How cute is this random Fringe Studio mug from Nordstrom Rack? Just throw in some mini Ikea ornaments from, roughly, 2009, and happy holliyays indeed!

Obviously, love a bottle brush tree. And tinsel tree, and a glass tree. The bottle brush and glass trees are from Occasionette, an adorable boutique in Philly, and I think the tinsel tree came from my favorite place to get decorations—the Target $1 Spot! Gotta love the box of masks and giant Purell in the background too. #priorities

There’s a good chance this garland is older than me! And we were reminded of that when Pops tried to reposition one of the bows and the whole thing fell apart. 😬😂

What are your treasured Christmas decorations? Happy Friday! xoxo

Linking up with Andrea and Erika!
